Due to being a small shop, and the nature of our products, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We have a NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY. Every order is carefully made and quality checked before shipping out. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item, please email

info@joellesstudiocreations.com upon receiving your order with a short description, and attach any photos/videos of the issue. I'll evaluate the situation on a case by case basis, and make sure it gets taken care of!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
